Soup
Ingredients:
(Serves : 6)
- 1/2 capsicum / Green
Bell pepper (finely chopped)
- 1 Onion (finely
chopped)
- 3-4 French beans
(finely chopped)
- 1 floret cauliflower
(finely chopped)
- 1/4 cabbage (finely
chopped)
- 1 carrot (finely
chopped)
- 1/2tsp garlic
flakes (crushed)
- 2 cups Water
- Salt & Pepper to
taste
- 1/2tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. Soya sauce
- 2tsp. corn flour
- 2 tbsp. Butter
- Grated cheese for
garnishing (optional)
Preparation:
- Heat the butter and fry the onions
& garlic for 1 minute.
- Add the chopped vegetables and fry
again for 3 - 4 minutes till done.
- Add water and bring to boil.
- Mix corn flour in 1/2 cup cold
water and add to the soup stirring continuously.
- Cook for at least 3-4 minutes or until
it gets boiled.
- Now add Soya sauce, sugar, salt &
pepper and cook till thick & transparent.
- Serve hot garnished with grated
cheese.
